Volante Opera Recording
(May 18, 2024)Helen has had a fantastic day recording the role of Éowin in The Lord of the Rings for Volante Opera. It is a new Opera by Paul Corfield Godfrey and an incredibly exciting project being the 1st of its kind to be allowed by the Tolkien estate. There has been a lot of buzz surrounding the commission with media coverage from Classic FM and Opera Wire. The full work will be released in 2025.
